Yeast beta-glucans (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) are insoluble polysaccharides connected to beta (1-3) and glycosidic bonds (1-3). Maitake mushroom is a tree mushroom, with the scientific name Grifola frondosa, which contains many bioactive ingredients, grifola and ergosterol, a precursor of vitamin D.
Vitamin C helps protect cells against oxidative stress, maintains a healthy immune system and reduces exhaustion and fatigue.
